People v. Gaytan

In this McLean County case, the Illinois Supreme Court upheld a conviction for unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver imposed on a defendant who was a passenger in a vehicle which was stopped because of what police claimed was an obstructed license plate. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 30 months of probation.
