The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the Illinois Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) program are honoring Evelyn (Evotte) Susada, B.S.N., R.N.C, a nurse in the emergency department at Advocate Childrens Hospital in Park Ridge, with a special pediatric Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to childhood care.
