US 20 from Galena to Stockton
The Illinois Department of Transportation announces today that construction work on US 20 from Galena to Stockton will be completed on Thursday, May 17, 2012. Surface Preparation Technologies will be milling rumble strips on the bituminous shoulders from Powder House Road east of Galena to the Stephenson/JoDaviess County Line east of Stockton. The work to the 27 mile section of US 20 is scheduled to be completed in one day.
