Unmet Needs Project: A Research, Coalition Building, and Policy Initiative on the Unmet Needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Families
This is the final report of the Unmet Needs Project, which was initiated in order to examine the extent to which current public policies regarding developmental issues are meeting the needs of infants, toddlers and their families in Illinois; how children were identified for early intervention; and the quality of life for children and families in early intervention.
