Introduction of a resolution adopted by the Illinois Board of Higher Education to encourage each Illinois public university to evaluate the present handicapped accessibility of their Web sites, plans for improvement and reporting requirements. The Board encourages compliance with Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act and the State of Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act.
