Illinois Motorist Opinion Survey
The Illinois Department of Transportation contracted with the Survey Research Office, located within the Institute for Public Affairs, of the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) to conduct a mail-out Motorist Opinion Survey in the Spring of 2003. Similar surveys had been conducted for the Department in the Spring of 2002, the Fall of 2001, and the Spring of 2001. A summary of the final results are summarized in this report.
