People v. Sargent

In 2007, this defendant went on trial for sex offenses allegedly committed against the two young sons of his ex-wife, whom he had married in 2002. A De Kalb County jury returned several convictions, all of which were affirmed by the appellate court, with a slight sentencing modification.
