As required by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) at Title 42, Section (§)438.364, HFS contracted with HSAG to prepare an annual, independent technical report that provides a description of how the data from all activities conducted in accordance with §438.358 were aggregated and analyzed, and conclusions were drawn as to the quality and timeliness of, and access to the care furnished by the Medicaid managed care health plans (health plans).
