The State’s policy is to work collaboratively with companies serving Illinois residents to constructively improve supplier diversity. As required by the Illinois Sports Wagering Act (230 ILCS 45/25-85 (c-f)), an Annual Diversity Report must be submitted to the Illinois Gaming Board by April 15, 2026.
