Illinois law, 35 ILCS 65, authorizes the creation of the Advancing Innovation Manufacturing Illinois Tax Credit program. The program was authorized in 2025 to further enhance business growth and investment in the state. This new tax credit initiative is designed to accelerate manufacturing projects for manufacturing companies that integrate cutting-edge technologies into their processes.
