It is my privilege to present the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy
Commission's Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2025. This report reflects a year of
continued and important work on behalf of Illinois' adults with disabilities, many
of whom look to this agency to protect their rights, advocate for their needs, and
ensure their voices are heard.
