This report outlines the qualified State dollars spent subject to the BEP aspirational goal, provides a review of CEI’s FY23 programmatic accomplishments, illustrates the performance of the State agencies and public institutions of higher education subject to the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act (BEP Act) during FY23, and includes an analysis of the number of BEP-certified vendors.
