Fourth Constitution of Illinois with Amendments, 1970

Record consists of the original fourth state constitution of Illinois and amendments. The constitution was adopted by members of the 1970 Constitutional Convention on September 3, 1970, and went into effect upon voter approval in a statewide referendum on July 1, 1971. Fourteen amendments have been added as of December 6, 2016.
