The Annual Comprehensive Housing Plan implements the requirements established in the Comprehensive Housing Planning Act (P.A. 99-564) and provides information on major Housing Task Force activities to be undertaken in the calendar year. The 2026 ACHP includes policy goals, resources and production estimates targeting the priority populations identified in the statute.
