The Illinois Department of Human Services respectfully submits the Illinois Human Trafficking State Strategic Plan on behalf of the Office of Adult Services and Basic Supports, Bureau of Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, and Human Trafficking (DVSAHT) in order to fulfill the requirements, set forth in Public Act 104-0159.
