IDPH, CDPH to Host Meeting Tuesday with Hospital Leaders to Express Appreciation for Efforts to Respond to Measles Outbreak

Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Director Dr. Sameer Vohra and Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) Commissioner Dr. Olusimbo Ige will host a meeting on Tuesday, April 16, with the leaders of eight Chicago area hospitals to discuss the response to the measles outbreak. The two public health officials will be expressing thanks to the hospital leaders for their cooperation and coordination with the state and city and also discussing next steps in the ongoing response.
