This report is meant to highlight the State’s financial activity for funds held by agencies outside the State’s Treasury during Fiscal Year 2025. As a result, investments made within the State Treasury are not segregated, and each balance is treated as equity in the State Treasury. However, in the case of locally held funds, the available cash is invested individually from other funds.
