Description
The Commission has three internal units--Revenue, Pensions, and Research, each of which has a staff ofanalysts and researchers who analyze policy proposals, legislation, state revenues & expenditures, and benefitprograms, and who provide research services to members and staff of the General Assembly. The Commission’sRevenue and Pension Units annually publish a number of statutorily mandated reports as well as on-demandreports in regard to Illinois’ financial and economic condition, the annual operating and capital budgets, publicemployee retirement systems, and other policy issues.
