Pursuant to 30 ILCS 567/10(b), the State Entities Single-Use Plastics Reporting Act, the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office is submitting the attached Single-Use Disposable Foodware Report that restricts the use of single-use plastics at State parks or natural areas.
