2024 Annual Disciplinary Report
In 2024, we processed over 122,000 new license applications for the Divisions of Professional Regulation and Real Estate; roughly 1,400 of those applicants reported a past criminal conviction. In total, 2 applicants were denied licensure this year for conviction-related reasons, reflecting the narrow scope of exclusion already set by statute.
