People v. Holmes
Defendant David Holmes was arrested when a Chicago police officer observed a revolverin defendants waistband. After the arrest, police also discovered that defendant lacked aFirearm Owners Identification (FOID) card. Defendant was charged with four counts ofaggravated unlawful use of a weapon (AUUW).
