People v. Holman
The central issue in this case is whether defendant Richard Holman, who received asentence of life without parole for a murder that he committed at age 17, is entitled to a new sentencing hearing pursuant to Miller v. Alabama, 567 U.S. 460, 132 S. Ct. 2455 (2012).
