Portland Cement Concrete Level II Technician Course
This manual has been prepared to train the student to become a Level II PCC Technician. The manual discusses the various aspects to proportion portland cement concrete, for Illinois Department of Transportation herein referred to as IDOT or the Department, Quality Control/Quality Assurance QC/QA projects. The manual discusses various test methods, but any question regarding the correct test method shall be resolved by the Manual of Test Procedures for Materials, which has precedence over this manual.
