Distance Education Enrollments at Illinois Colleges and Universities
Report based on a survey completed by the Illinois Virtual Campus, which showed that Illinois colleges and universities reported enrolling 46,241 student course enrollments in 3,554 distance education courses during the Spring 2001 term. The number of courses offered via distance education increased by 939 from the Fall 2000 term and the student enrollments increased by 8,536 during the same period.
