This second edition of the Professional Services and Fees Handbook has been developed to assist the Capital Development Board and design industry in negotiating compensation associated with the year 2000 edition of the A/E Manual and the Capital Development Board Professional Services Agreement. This handbook has been prepared in accordance with CDBs Centralized Fee Negotiation (CFN) process and professional service compensation policies.
