This includes all second level appellate decisions issued by the Board of Review of the Department of Employment Security regarding claims for unemployment insurance for a year. It is required to be made available per a consent decree in the case of Welch v. Bowling. Identifying information regarding claimants for unemployment insurance benefits and employers is blocked out before the material is published. Prior to 2010, this was only available as microfiche copies that were scanned from paper documents without any available digital files. The paper documents were scanned to digital files for 2010.
