Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) issued its Order Commencing Reconciliation Proceedings (February Order), requiring Interstate Power and Light Company (Respondent or Interstate) to reconcile revenue collected under its Recovery of Environmental Costs Rider 1B (for electric operations) and Recovery of Environmental Costs Rider C (for gas operations) (collectively the Riders) with prudently incurred costs in connection with environmental activities as defined in Interstates tariffs.
