Office of the Illinois StateTreasurer Request for Proposals Lockbox/Invoice Processing Services June, 2002
The Treasurer is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Lockbox/Invoice services on behalf of the Illinois State Police (ISP)-Firearms Transfer Inquiry Program (FTIP). ISP is responsible for the collection and billing of fees with specific regards to the FTIP. To facilitate the collection and billing of these items, the Treasurer plans to select a proposer(s) to provide check clearing services to process payments as well as invoice services for a three year period.
