Office of the Illinois StateTreasurer Request for Proposals Legal Document Management Software February 7, 2003

The Legal Division for the Illinois State Treasurers Office is responsible for a number of duties, including but not limited to, drafting contracts, drafting contract renewals and extensions, drafting legislation, drafting legal memoranda, general correspondence, and maintaining numerous legal files. The Treasurers Office is seeking to obtain a document management software program to more efficiently organize and maintain documents. Along with a software program, the Treasurers Office is seeking a vendor who will install the software and provide a maintenance program.
