An investment consultant (Consultant) is needed to conduct performance reviews of the funds that make up the Treasurers Bright Start College Savings Program managed by Citigroup Global Assets, Inc. The Consultant is needed to oversee the program, attend monthly meetings, submit quarterly reports and to make recommendations to the Treasurer regarding investment returns, which will enhance the attractiveness of the program to potential investors.
