The Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act (Act) requires the remittance of abandoned securities and commodities to the Illinois State Treasurers Office (Treasurer). In order to process and maintain accounts for this type of property, the Treasurer issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a custodial and brokerage firm (Contractor) to assist in this task.
