Office of the Illinois State Treasurer Request for Proposals Custody and Safekeeping Services January 19, 2005
The Treasurer is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for custody and safekeeping services for the purpose of receiving and holding financial assets and investment property delivered by securities intermediaries to the Treasurer for the benefit of the State of Illinois. The Treasurer plans to contract with a financial institution to provide for these services for a period of four (4) years beginning on April 1, 2005 and continuing through March 31, 2009.
