Memorandum of Understanding

These grant awards are agreements between the State of Illinois acting through the Illinois Community College Board and the Brainerd community Development Corporation for a literacy program focusing on adult learners and eliminating the digital divide; between Chicago State University and the Student Financial Outreach Center to offer city and state resident information and assistance in accessing financial aid; between the University of Illinois at Chicago and the Young Scientist Program to continue enriching the lives of participating students; and between the State of Illinois acting through the Illinois Department of Human Services and the Youth Conservation Corps, Inc. to work in the Lake County Forest completing conservation, small construction and maintenance projects.
