Changes for ST-556 filers. The Department of Revenue is in the process of consolidating all taxes and fees it administers into a single computer system. In December of 2007, we brought sales taxes fi led on ST-1 returns into the new system; in September of 2009, vehicle sales and use taxes will be added to thissystem. This bulletin explains changes that affect Form ST-556 filers.
