Illinois Appropriations Fiscal Year 2005
The establishment of appropriations is based on the budget bills that are passed by the General Assembly and typically involves agency input on items needing clarification. Once this process is complete, my Office compiles all of the appropriations into this annual report for use by policy makers, state agencies and other interested parties.
