Governor Names Steven Lesnik New IBHE Chairman
Press release announcing that Steven H. Lesnik, a Chicago area business executive, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Illinois Board of Higher Education by Governor George Ryan. Lesnik, who has served on the Board since August 2000, succeeds Philip J. Rock, who resigned as Chairman last month.
