Illinois Department of Revenue publication FY 2004-01 Changes in Motor Fuel Tax, Informational Bulletin To: Motor Fuel Distributors, Suppliers, and Receivers. Beginning July 1, 2003, the collection discount for filing and paying in full and on time, the Motor Fuel Tax, Underground Storage Tank Tax, and the Environmental Impact Fee, is 1.75 percent (.0175).
