Letter dated December 22, 2008 from the Office of Patrick J. Fitzgerald, United States Attorney, by David A. Glockner, chief of the Criminal Division, United States Attorney's Office to the Special Investigative Committee of the 95th General Assembly, Illinois House of Representatives. The letter declines to provide documents requested by the Committee because doing so could compromise an ongoing criminal investigation. The letter also requests that the Committee refrain from conducting any inquiry into certain subjects for the same reason.
