Illinois Arts Council Biennial Report Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020
The Illinois Arts Council Agency's (IACA) Biennial Report is presented to the Governor, the General Assembly, and the people of Illinois in accordance with the agency's authorizing legislation and is based on information current as of the most recently completed Fiscal Year 2020 and includes programming from Fiscal Year 2019.
