College Illinois! Prepaid Tuition Program Actuarial Soundness Valuation Report
This report presents the principal results of the actuarial soundness valuation of the CIPTP including the following: A comparison of the actuarial present value of the obligations for prepaid tuition contracts purchased through June 30, 2022, with the value of the assets associated with the program as of that same date; An analysis of the factors which caused the deficit/surplus to change since the prior actuarial valuation; Sensitivity testing; and A summary of the actuarial assumptions and methods utilized in the actuarial calculations.
