Report to the Governor: Annual Governor's Report
The Illinois Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Illinois OSHA) inspects, investigates, and evaluates public facilities and working conditions to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards and to assure safe and healthy working conditions. This annual report to the Governor summarizes the inspections and investigations undertaken by Illinois OSHA in calendar year 2021, as required by the Illinois Occupational Safety and Health Act, 820 ILCS 219/.
