Illinois State Library Strategic Plan: 2008-2011
This Strategic Plan details the goals, objectives and initiatives of the Illinois State Library. A committee comprised of staff representing every division of the State Library examined all aspects of library operations to prepare the State Library for the challenges that lie ahead in addressing the ever-changing information needs of its patrons.
