Section 370c.1(h)(3) of the Illinois Insurance Code requires the Department of Insurance, in conjunction with the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, to submit an annual report to the General Assembly regarding the agencies respective activities in enforcement of Sections 356z.23, 370c, and 370c.1 of the Illinois Insurance Code, as well as the federal Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008, 42 U.S.C. 18031(j), and any federal regulations or guidance relating to the compliance and oversight of the federal Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 and 42 U.S.C. 18031(j).
