The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) respectfully submits this report to the General Assembly in order to fulfill the requirements of 815 ILCS 530/25 which states that any State agency that has submitted a report regarding security breaches must submit an annual report listing all breaches of security of the system data or written materials and corrective measure that have been taken to prevent future breaches.
