Press release stating that Daniel J. LaVista, Executive Director of the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) since May 2002, has announced his acceptance of a similar position with the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.
The Treasurer is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Lockbox/Invoice services on behalf of the Illinois State Police (ISP)-Firearms Transfer Inquiry Program (FTIP). ISP is responsible for the collection and billing of fees with specific regards to the FTIP. To facilitate the collection and billing of these items, the Treasurer plans to select a proposer(s) to provide check clearing services to process payments as well as invoice services for a three year period.
