This report describes enrollment in and utilization of Flex Time by State Employees subject to jurisdiction C of the Personnel code, a time keeping strategy designed by statute to reduce employees need for time-off related to childcare.
Policy Statement: The Illinois Department of Transportation will, when possible, accommodate employees requests for flex-time schedules provided the requests are reasonable and in the best interest of both employee and department. Employees may work a flexible schedule (a fixed shift other than the official schedule approved for the office) if it is consistent with the requirements of the office.

While sales through the first quarter of FY21 have exceeded the Plan's target, prize payouts were larger than expected which explains the slightly lagging operating income. Prize payoutfluctuations are normal over shorter timeframes and Camelot and the Department believe that these will revert to more normal levels over time.
