Cook County bench trial proceedings resulted in the conviction of this defendant for a 2002 aggravated criminal assault on a girl who was then 13 years old. She testified as to how the defendant grabbed her from behind and forced her away before assaulting her. The parties stipulated that the defendants DNA was found on the victims body.
On November 28, 2012, the North Mac Community Unit School District No. 34, Macoupin, Montgomery and Sangamon Counties, adopted a resolution declaring its intent to issue $2,000,000 in working cash bonds. The Detention to Probation Continuum of Care (DPCC) program was developed by River Valley Detention Center (RVDC) mental health professionals to identify detained youth mental health needs, enhance compliance with conditions of probation, and reduce subsequent justice system involvement. Administrative data were examined for years 2003 through 2009 to assess the extent to which youth received DPCC services and to track their compliance with sentencing conditions, subsequent detention admissions, and arrests.
