Property Tax Appeal Board Decision 2002-26690-C-3, City of Chicago, Appellant, Cook County, South Chicago Township. Target Corporation filed the appeals with the Property Tax Appeal Board for the years 2000 and 2001. For 2002 the City of Chicago filed the appeal with the Property Tax Appeal Board.
