This report provides the number of reported consensual eavesdrops during 2017, including applications for orders authorizing the use of eavesdropping devices, original applications, extensions, and convictions arising out of such uses.
The monthly report is submitted no later than the 15th of each month to the governor's office. The report details the allegations received by the OEIG and indicates the most recent status of ongoing investigations.
