The Illinois Department of Human Services Plan for Fiscal Years 2006, 2007, and 2008 as mandated by Public Act 79-1035, which mandates that Illinois social services agencies submit an annual plan identifying objectives for the coming year and goals for the next three years. The Illinois Human Services Plan represents a mechanism for assessing the extent to which the Department of Human Services is fulfilling its mission and achieving its organizational goals.
